Just arrived in, what a lot of fun this is going to be for someone this Summer.
2013/63 Plate – Factory Built Mevabusa.
£25,000 when new from the RTR/EXO factory – this is their old demo and has done approximately 1000 miles since build.
Rather a rare thing in the UK with only a handful around at the moment, however they are exported to the USA so presumably able to be exported into the EU or further afield?
Was originally black, but has been wrapped in Ford RS Green with Carbon.
The car was bought by the last owner direct from the factory and then he let his race engineer chap set it up and make a few changes and improvements including:
Engine full service at Matt Popes last July.
New coil pack.
New Facet fuel pump.
New springs all round.
New gear cable.
Added extra fan and switch.
The car has a sequential gear change and 185bhp from the famous Suzuki Hayabusa.
Strapped to a 400kg car this gives it well over 450bhp per tonne and results in a rather exciting and fun set of wheels.
Power is delivered via a Quaife Limited Slip with fully adjustable double wishbone suspension.
We took it out on road test, two up and it gives your neck a serious workout. This was not driving it anywhere near it’s potential, so with just one person giving it 10/10ths…it must be one of the fastest things you can buy for this money.
It gets thumbs up everywhere you go, from bikers, from other car drivers. People nearly fell off push bikes when went for our drive and kids wave until their arms go numb. What an absolute hoot this little beastie is.
Due to the performance, test drives will not be guaranteed, we would hope that you would understand this as we have no interest in letting people ‘just have a go’ and we also want to live!
