What can I say about dealing with Ed at Shmoo Automotive…..?
Well, in a quick summary:
Nothing was ever too much trouble…
Very friendly and personal service from the very first day I contacted him, and over a year later, it’s still going strong….
Not pushy or salesman-ish in anyway whatsoever….
Went out of his way to show vehicle issues / pro’s / con’s / faults etc
Numerous videos were sent, showing every last inch of the car, even one of it on road test…
Just as helpful and interested after the sale was completed, and the car was on its way…
Went out of his way to keep track of the vehicle in transit from UK / Singapore, then Fremantle. Sending me screen shots of it in the Suez Canal over last December kept me excited for my new car from the August to eventual arrival in January 2022.
He has kept in touch even when there was no real need or benefit to him, helping with an insurance claim, putting me in touch with other owners in my area, just really great.
From day one, I felt in good hands with Ed, I consider him to be 100% trustworthy, and wired AUD $50k to Ed without any concern.
